Technicians work from an offline-first mobile app on the floor.

Shops billed in IDR get CORE free forever — no card, no trial countdown — and a 14-day free trial of PRO, ELITE, or APEX whenever they upgrade (one trial per company). Shops billed in USD start on a 28-day free trial of CORE ($98/mo) on signup, with no upfront payment.

What are the commissions?

On the IDR rail, a platform commission applies per processed payment: 3% on CORE, 1.5% on PRO, 1.2% on ELITE, 0.75% on APEX. The USD rail charges no platform commission — shops billed in USD keep 100% of what their customers pay.

I run a general workshop, not a film shop. Can I still use it?

Yes. The core workflow — jobs, customers, inventory, invoicing, accounting, payroll — works for any automotive shop. ZOVEREN was designed film-first, so roll-level inventory features sit unused for general shops, but the rest is useful regardless of specialty.

What payment methods can my customers use?

Accepted Answer

Shops billed in IDR connect a Xendit key for QRIS, e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja), virtual accounts, bank transfers, and cards. Shops billed in USD can optionally connect NOWPayments to accept USDT/USDC. Funds always settle directly to the workshop's own provider account — ZOVEREN never holds the money.

Where does my data live, and can I get it out?

Data lives in a managed PostgreSQL database with daily automated backups. Jobs, invoices, customers, inventory, payroll, and accounting transactions export any time as CSV or PDF. No contract, no lock-in, no exit fees.
